Project TMSe - Expanding Horizons
In partnership with Ursula Mergui, TMSe Marketing Solutions was founded in May 2019 in Feldkirch, Austria. Our shared vision aimed not just at establishing a company, but empowering tech startups to conquer global markets. Spanning cultures and regions, we built a team of local experts who serve as guides for startups looking to expand their reach. Our journey took us from Austria to Israel, and then to DACH, Singapore, and New Delhi. TMSe Marketing Solutions stands as a testament to the power of unity and determination in the business world.

Project Clipflip - Crafting Interactive Experiences
In November 2021, I joined forces with Jakob to create Clipflip, an Austrian-based venture focused on advanced SaaS tools for interactive video ads. Through a year of dedicated development, we introduced innovative features that yielded impressive results. The journey culminated in the launch of a video creation service for agencies, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions.

Adtech kicked off operations in -Turkey through our reseller Turkuvaz Media
Adtech began its operations in Turkey by partnering with Turkuvaz Media as our reseller. Michael Sturm took the lead in establishing a strong relationship with this reseller and organized a grand kick-off event for the digital industry in Istanbul. Erhard Neumann, the CEO of Adtech, was a featured speaker at this event and presented the Adtech portfolio to the enthusiastic crowd.

Sales Workshop in Germany – for AOL EMEA Sales team
Back in June 2013, Michael Sturm, the Sales EMEA leader, organized a 2-day workshop in Germany for the Adtech Adserver EMEA Sales and CRM teams. The main focus of the workshop was to explore ways to enhance collaboration between sales and CRM in order to achieve greater success. The highlight of the workshop was the "WALKSHOP" activity. Participants were divided into groups and given specific topics to work on. Every 20 to 30 minutes, there was a break where each group presented their findings to the others before moving on to the next topic. This format proved to be highly productive, as walking in the forest stimulated new thoughts and ideas.

Webit Congress
At the Webit Congress 2011 in Sofia, Bulgaria, Michael Sturm delivered a talk about the latest developments in adserving and digital marketing. He highlighted the advancements in mobile advertising, referred to as MMA, and the newest standards in video advertising, called VAST 2.0. Additionally, he discussed the new IAB premium ad package and the IAB rising stars.

Our new office in Mumbai
Adtech Adserver made the strategic decision to expand its presence into new markets by opening an office in Mumbai, India. Michael Sturm, the Head of Sales EMEA at Adtech, was given the responsibility of establishing and managing operations at this new office.

In June 2010, Adtech Adserver established its first office in the Middle East. Just one month later, the team led by Michael Sturm, Head of Sales at Adtech, launched their operations with a grand kick-off event at the Hilton Hotel in Tel Aviv.
