By January 2024, I had lost 16 kilograms and felt an overall improvement in my physical and mental health.

Daily Exercise Routine:
To establish a consistent exercise routine, I started doing daily walks with my wife, followed by joining a dance class together, and participating in weekend activities like hiking and skiing. These activities made exercising fun and enjoyable.
